Rodion Lerman is CEO and President of Financiers Without Borders (FWB), which facilitates international pro-bono business consulting experiences for students and recent graduates. In addition to managing the daily operations of FWB, Rodion currently works for Soros Fund Management (SFM) as an Analyst. Prior to Soros, Rodion worked as an Investment Banking Risk Analyst for J.P. Morgan, covering the Public Finance sector. While pursuing his undergraduate degree in Finance at the Baruch Honors College, Rodion interned for SFM and, in his downtime, was heavily involved with the AIESEC Baruch chapter. During his tenure on the ICX team, Rodion was the proud recipient of the annual Russ Gerson Award. In his spare time, Rodion loves to travel and has a passion for aviation – he might even pursue an amateur pilots license if he finds the time.

Alex R. is the Vice President of Financiers Without Borders (FWB). Alex graduated from Macaulay Honors College at Baruch College in 2011 with a degree in finance. He currently is an associate in the Industrials Investment Banking group in BMO Capital Markets in New York, having previously worked as an analyst in the same group. Alex is a Financiers Without Borders alum from the Argentina 2011 project. He enjoys traveling, biking and watching movies.

Alex K. is the Vice President of Information Technology at Financiers Without Borders (FWB). Alex currently works at Intuit as a payroll tax compliance and resolution in Mountain View, California. He is also pursuing his CPP certification and a Master's degree in Science of Business Administration and Engineering at Stanford. Alex has worked at a number of top tech firms in Silicon Valley, as well as New York Presbyterian Hospital and Rockefeller University in New York. Alex likes to play tennis, enjoys rock climbing and pizza.
